EPS Protocol officers are always on ground at the airports 24/7 and in 365days in a year. Among the duties of our Protocol team is to assist our client executives with all airport check-in and ticketing clearance services. Our team are vigilant, proactive and does provide advisory for client executives on travel plans and current situational updates at the airports. EPS Protocol team are trained on airport passenger management, to ensure all clients executive needs at the airports are met in a record timeframe.

Our Logistic team are always on time at clients PUP (Point-up-Point), ensuring that client executives are on boarded without needless delays. Secure Armed Escort
EPS has a well-designed escort structure to suit all clients armed support services. Our various escort services includes; Full/Single/Secure Principal only for Daily, Pickup & Drop off services and Out-of-State trips. EPS maintains a proactive journey management unit that coordinates the protocol and escort services of our clients and a functional Command Control Centre that ensures a real time monitoring of each tasks to destination point.
With the increase in kidnapping and armed attack against top executives, EPS Executive Protection(EP) Agent shall ensure the safety of the principal that needs extra protection to minimize risk, liability and vulnerability. It is the prerogative of the Journey Commander/EP on duty to always assess, advice and pre-empt danger against the principal’s motorcade and promptly sort out secure escape routes. EPS shall deploy covert armed operatives and pilots where necessary for our clients VIP transfers, who has undergone training on motorcade operations, DDC, security VIP Convoy and off-road techniques etc.
EPS airport protocol officers shall ensure that our clients are cleared hassle-free at the immigration checking point when arriving or leaving the country, which will eliminate lengthy waiting and fatigue. Too often the delay is occasioned by the meticulous checking of passengers at the immigration/Drug assessment point. EPS immigration support services requires that we receive client passenger passport well in advance to enhance immigration early sorting and checking to avoid long cueing and delay.
